This property requires a 30 day booking minimum. This spacious home has been fully remodeled to accommodate an entire family, with a private, secluded extremely large backyard. The yard has a rolling iron gate for privacy, able to park up to 4 cars comfortably. The interior boasts 4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms with large 55" TVs. Every bedroom also has it’s own tv. The kitchen has every amenity including a deluxe refrigerator, range, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook with. The space This property is unique to the area, as it has two living rooms, a large chef’s kitchen fully open to the rest of the house. There is a large patio that includes a barbecue. The interior of the space is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. All the beds are handcrafted and superbly comfortable. There are queen size beds in two rooms, and two single beds in two rooms for your kids’ enjoyment. One room is blue, the other has a pink theme.
Guests enter through rolling iron gates at the back of the house in the alley. There is parking for up to four cars. The guests have access to four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The interior of the house has two living rooms, and a chef’s kitchen. Everything you see in every picture is for exclusive, private use of the guests. There is no interaction, and there are no shared spaces. Also, no garage access. Access and/or use of the iron gate to the right of the sidewalk in the front yard of the house is not allowed. There is a separate private small unit accessible through the front yard to the right of the sidewalk. There is no shared access.
There is an attached unit completely separate and private that has its own private secure entrance via the front of the property. There is no access to the other property, and no interaction. Please note: This property has a minimum stay of 30 days. Also, if there is an abundance of stains on the carpets, we will charge an extra $250 Professional cleaning fee. Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance or request for repair service. Host will not compensate or refund for any issues not reported within 3 hours. Guest must also allow host and/or repairman access to the property to remedy the issue after host has been notified. If guest stays after issue is remedied or addressed, there will be no further remuneration or refund. If guest is unresponsive, host will assume issue is remedied, and there will be no further action required. For bookings of 30 days or more, we require a cleaning once a month. We will schedule a convenient time with you. I will send a ‘request for payment’ for $200 through the resolution center prior to each scheduled cleaning to be paid before the appointment. There is a Ring doorbell camera at the property that actively records picture and sound 24/7. It is located at the back door and overlooks anyone entering the property through the back gate and anyone who enters the house through the back door. There is also a Feit camera mounted on the roof facing the entire backyard and gate. It will see anyone entering and leaving the property through the back gate. This camera records Video and Sound 24/7. Guests are required to vacate the property at the end of their booking. Not responsible for any items left at the property. Also, we encourage guests to purchase CFAR cancellation insurance to protect your trip as we will adhere to our cancellation policy.
