This property requires a 30 day booking  minimum. Professionally cleaned and Sanitized. This cute villa has everything you could possibly need. A grand daybed in the living room. Large TVs in living room and bedroom. A full kitchen, with an oven, range-top stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Full Washer and Dryer. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. A private gated courtyard. A large whirlpool bathtub. The bedroom has a queen bed, full length mirror, and storage. Please note: This property has a 30 day minimum stay. The space The guests have full use of the villa. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are all included. As well as a secluded, gated patio to lounge in and a barbecue for your enjoyment. There is a private double gated entrance to the secluded private patio.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the full villa, with its own private entrance, from the sidewalk, and private gated patio. A combination lock box holds the key to the gated entry and to the double French doors of the space. This unit is separate from a main house that has a private backyard entrance and has no access to the Villa.

No parking on the street in front on Wednesday’s 5:00 am to 9:00 am for street cleaning. There is parking in the back alley behind the house. No parties at this house. There is smoking allowed on the private patio only, if you smoke inside, we will charge you $200 for extra cleaning to remove the odor. If you have a dog, please ask for approval before booking. There is a $100 charge for each dog per month. When you have trash, please put it in a large garbage bag and place it in the 55 gallon trash can located in front of the double gates. It will be picked up weekly for disposal. There is a main house separate from this part of the property. The other entrance is through the large iron gate at the rear of the property. There is no access from your area to this part of the property. There is no interaction between guests, and no shared spaces. Please note: There is a minimum stay of 30 days at this property. Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance or request for repair service. There may be bugs from time to time, we have a Pest Control service on call to take care of this issue. Once a House call from Pest Control has taken place and you continue to stay, there will be no refunds. Host will not compensate or refund for any issues not reported within 3 hours. Guest must also allow host and/or repairman access to the property to remedy the issue after host has been notified. If guest stays after issue is remedied, there will be no further remuneration or refund. If guest is unresponsive, host will assume issue is remedied, and there will be no further action required, and no refund. There is a Ring doorbell camera at the property that actively records picture and sound 24/7. It is located at the front of the property to the left of the double gates at your entrance overlooking all visitors to the property. You are required to vacate the property at the end of your booking. For bookings of 30 days or more, we require a cleaning every 2 weeks. We will arrange a convenient time. I will send a ‘request for payment’ for $100 through the resolution center prior to each scheduled cleaning. Also, we encourage guests to purchase CFAR cancellation insurance to protect your trip as we will adhere to our cancellation policy.
