ABOUT THE SPACE

This property requires a 30 day booking  minimum.  Spectacular views of Lake Arrowhead from every window of this beautifully appointed chalet. Relax in our living room with a roaring fire. Enjoy sweeping views from a wrap around deck. Dining room seats 8 comfortably. There's a fun loft for kids on the third level. There's plenty of space downstairs with a huge living room and a large sofa for everyone, and wall to wall window views of Lake Arrowhead. A den has another large sectional and tv with a private entrance. Washer & Dryer in pantry.

This property consists of the full upstairs unit that sports a wrap-around deck on the first level. There is one space on the parking deck and lots of street parking. You will ascend two flights of stairs to arrive at the Front door. As you enter, there are 3 levels. On the entrance level to the right, there is a full chef’s kitchen with a counter-top oven, microwave, stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and amenities including a coffee maker, rice cooker, a counter top oven, and blender. There is a formal dining room off the kitchen with seating for 8. To the left is a massage chair to get those knots out from your drive. An air conditioner cools these rooms in the summer. As you continue into the living room there is a large sectional and a 55” TV, and a spectacular view of the lake. There is a wood burning fireplace to warm you on cold winter nights, as well as central heating. There is a full bathroom to the left of the entry containing a shower, toilet and sink.


Continuing to the left of the entrance is a large den with a sectional, a full dresser, and a smart tv. We have a DVD player with videos for the kids. At the other end of the den is a pantry that contains a full-size washer and dryer, a sink, and extra bedding and towels. There's also a separate entrance to the den. Next, you'll continue up the stairs to a room on the right that contains a queen size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a double sink, a separate vanity, toilet and shower. At the end of that room are another set of stairs leading up to the third level loft. There are two single beds perfect for kids. There is a deck outside the sliding glass door from this room with seating and views that overlook the lake. On the other side of the hall is the master bedroom. There is a king size bed with a large dresser, extra linens and blankets are provided. There is a walk-in closet to store your luggage and hang your clothes. The bathroom contains a large tub, double sinks, a shower and a private toilet room. This bedroom has a personal air conditioner. There is a sliding glass door that leads to the deck and a wonderful view of beautiful Lake Arrowhead. There is seating outside to enjoy your coffee in the morning.

To operate the Main level living room TV, here are the instructions:

Use the RCA remote control to turn it on. Wait a few seconds while it turns on. Leave the input on HDMI 2, that is for the ROKU controller. Then use the ROKU controller to turn on the ROKU. If it doesn’t turn on, unplug the ROKU device from the WHITE extension cord, then plug it back in. You should see the Bouncing ROKU letters while it’s loading. Then you can use the ROKU remote controller to find your apps and log into any apps you choose. To turn up the volume, you need the RCA controller. To turn off, use the RCA controller.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to Unit A of the property. That is the full upstairs unit includes a wrap-around deck at the entrance. There are three levels that contain 3 bedrooms and a loft with two single beds for the kids, with 3 full bathrooms. You have private and exclusive use of everything you see in the pictures.

You will have one parking space on the parking deck. The guest for the downstairs apartment will use the other parking space on the parking deck. There is a separate apartment downstairs, that has its own private entrance. The stairway heading down from the parking deck is shared by the guests that will be staying downstairs. There's also plenty of free street parking.
Not responsible for Internet Outages, that is out of our control. You are in the mountains, that occurs sometimes. We will not refund for outages or service interruptions.
The barbecue is for use by the guest. The guest is responsible for filling up the propane themselves. There's a market in town, Jensen's, that the guest may swap out the propane tank for a small fee. Please bring chains in the winter, we will not be responsible for weather related cancellations.
For hot water upstairs in the Master Bedroom in the shower, please turn the dial to 5:00 and wait a couple of minutes, it should work fine.
Guests must immediately alert the host to any issues regarding maintenance or request for repair service. Host will not compensate or refund for any issues not reported within 3 hours. Guest must also allow host and/or repairman access to the property to remedy the issue after host has been notified. If guest stays after issue is remedied or addressed, there will be no further remuneration or refund. If guest is unresponsive, host will assume issue has been remedied, and no further action is required.
There is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door of Unit A which actively records live sound and video 24/7. It overlooks anyone entering the property going down the flight of stairs and also the carport. There is a Feit camera and floodlight outside placed on the side of the parking deck overlooking the entrance to the upstairs unit that actively records picture and sound 24/7. There is a $500 fine for any unsanctioned gathering or party, if you're having more than 7 registered guests, you must notify the host and get approval. If Guests do not honor that rule, they will not be allowed further use of the property, be asked to leave, and will be charged $500. If guests tamper with equipment, I.e., Wi-Fi or outdoor camera, guests will be charged $500, their trip cancelled and will have to leave the property, no refunds. If house is left extremely dirty, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $200 charged. There is no smoking permitted inside the house. You may smoke outside. If this rule is broken, we will charge $200 to remove the odor. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left at the property. There is a charge of $100 per person per night over 7 guests. We will only allow 9 total. Please put trash in black garbage bags provided in the bottom drawer to the left of the kitchen sink. Each guest is allowed two (2) trash bags per stay. Place the two (2) black garbage bags in trash bins at the curb upon leaving. Please put dishes in dishwasher and turn on before leaving. The cleaning crew will make sure every rule is followed when they clean after your departure. Please turn off all lights except porch light. Close and lock all doors and windows. Turn off Air Conditioner. Turn off heater and turn to Auto Air. Press the top button on door to lock.
