ABOUT THE SPACE

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Four cars fit on our private driveway. You enter through a combination locked front iron gate for security. There is a washer & dryer in the foyer along with a bathroom to your right. As you continue, the dining room and kitchen are on your left. The living room is forward with a lovely fireplace and seating for all. Three bedrooms are to your right; a -double bunk bed, a queen bed, a king in the master with it’s own full bathroom. See below. The space The house has a private combination locked iron gate through which you enter the front patio on the right of the driveway. We are currently constructing a garage on the property. There is an area that is unpaved where the garage will be located at the front of the driveway. We will limit working on that area while you are staying with us. In the meantime, this area is fenced off and is not accessible. There is a keypad combination lock at the front door with a personal code uniquely assigned to every guest. As you enter the foyer, you will see a washer dryer combo for your convenience. There is a bathroom to your right which has been newly updated. As you enter the house, use caution when stepping up or down the step into the main part of the house. You will then enter the dining room to your left up a step. To the left is the full kitchen. There is a chef’s refrigerator with an ice maker. The gas range has a full oven and fan overhead. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, blender, and a set of knives. Cutting boards adorn the counters for ease of cooking. There is a brand new set of dishes, glassware, wine glasses, cutlery, and pots and pans. Utensils are supplied for every dish you wish to prepare. Exiting the kitchen to the right is the dining room table with seating for four. To the right of that is the living room. There is comfortable seating for eight with a brand new sectional. Additional blankets are stored in the ottoman. There is a 60” tv to enjoy placed above the fireplace. It is a smart TV, just log into your Apps to enjoy. There is a self-contained gas fireplace, just turn the key to the right side of the chimney and you can enjoy a roaring fire. As you enter the hallway to your left, there is a full Bathroom on your right with a bathtub, shower, toilet and luxury sink. There is a lighted make-up mirror for your convenience. As you continue down the hall on the left is the first room, there are two double beds that are stacked, so fun for the kids. This room contains a dedicated work space with a ‘gamers’ chair and desk to play your games, or work if you must. Each room has a double-mirrored closet. The next room to your left has a queen-size bed. All furniture in the house is brand new. All mattresses are from Zinus. When you arrive at the Master bedroom, you will see a 55” Smart tv that is wall mounted next to the enormous closet you get in this room. You also have an en-suite full bathroom complete with bathtub, shower, sink and toilet. This bathroom also has a lighted make-up mirror. All linens are included. Sheets and towels. There are amenities of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The guest will have 3 parking spaces in the driveway on the right side. Guests will enter through the right of the driveway through a locked iron gate with a combination lock. Each guest gets their own unique code for the front door.

We want you to enjoy your stay, however we ask that you have quiet time from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am to be considerate of the owner and conscientious of our neighbors. We do not allow parties at this property. If more than the allotted number of guests are on the property without first obtaining host's approval, guests will be charged $500. No refunds will be given. For any unsanctioned gathering or party, guests will not be allowed further use of the property, be asked to leave, and also be charged $500. If guests tamper with equipment, I.e., wi-fi, or Ring cameras, guests will be charged $500, trip cancelled and will have to leave property, no refunds. If house is left extremely dirty, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $200 charged. There is no smoking permitted inside the house. You may smoke outside. If this rule is broken, we will charge $500 to remove the odor, and you will be asked to leave. We are currently constructing a garage on the property. There is an area of dirt at the front of the driveway. We will limit working on that area while you are staying with us. In the meantime, this area is fenced off and is not accessible. Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance or request for repair service. Host will not compensate or refund for any issues not reported within 3 hours. Guest must also allow host and/or repairman access to the property to remedy the issue after host has been notified. If guest stays after issue is remedied or addressed, there will be no further remuneration or refund. If guest is unresponsive, host will assume issue has been remedied, and no further action is required. There is a Feit camera mounted on the front side of the house that overlooks the driveway and records video and sound 24/7. There is also a Ring doorbell that is to the left of the entrance mounted on the wall. It overlooks the front entryway and monitors everyone entering the gate to the front door and records video and sound 24/7. If guests disconnect Wi-Fi or tamper with cameras in any way, they will be charged an additional $500, and will have to leave the property, no refunds. If anyone enters the property without permission, I.e., through the side of the property without using the gate, all of the guests will be asked to leave, no refunds. If there is found to be more guests staying at the property than the booking amount, everyone will have to leave, the booking will be canceled, and there will be no refunds. For bookings of 28 days or more, we require a cleaning once every week. We will schedule a convenient time with you. I will send a ‘request for payment’ through the resolution center prior to each scheduled cleaning for the current cleaning fee of $175, to be paid before the appointment. Trash Collection is on Thursdays. Please have trash cans outside on the curb on Wednesday night. Thank you. Guests are required to vacate the property at the end of their booking. Not responsible for any items left at the property. Close and lock all doors and windows when leaving. Turn off Air Conditioner or heater and turn to Auto Air. Press your code to lock the front door. Also, we encourage guests to purchase CFAR cancellation insurance to protect your trip as we will adhere to our cancellation policy.
