This stylish place to stay is perfect for families and groups. Self check-in with your own code. There are 2 living rooms, a chef’s kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There is bar height seating around the Mahogany dining table for 6. Two rooms have Cal King Beds. The 3rd room, a queen bed. The main bathroom has a whirlpool tub and separate shower. There is a huge backyard, with room for the kids to run around and jump and play in the pool. Also outdoor seating to enjoy dinner. The space A little about the space. The home is one story with central air conditioning and heating. Floors throughout are custom wood with tile in the kitchen. There are two living rooms one with a 55” TV and comfortable seating in both of the living rooms. The pool table is on your left as you enter the house in the front room. There is a dedicated work station with a desk and office chair for zoom meetings. The sliding glass door leads to a huge pool. There is no heating at this time for the jacuzzi. There’s an outdoor eating area with an umbrella. The kitchen features an electric range, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and top-of-the-line refrigerator freezer with ice maker. The countertops are granite with a center island, and two bar chairs. There is a coffee-maker, with supplied ample coffee, blender, toaster, pots and pans and utensils, dish soap, cooking oil, seasonings, and paper towels. The dining room has counter height chairs and a beautiful mahogany table with seating for 6. A queen bed is in the first room to the right of the second living room which has its own tv. Every room has blackout drapes. There is a bathroom in the main hallway. There are two bedrooms to the left in the hallway. The first has a California King bed, a 50” tv and has a sliding glass door that leads to the pool & jacuzzi outside. The second bedroom to the left also has a king size bed and a 50” tv. The master bathroom has a double sink with a full shower and a whirlpool bathtub. Everything is supplied including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and a blow dryer. We have a washer and dryer and supply detergent for your convenience. Each bed is hand-crafted and superbly comfortable. Every room has overhead ceiling fans as well as Central Air Conditioning and Heating throughout the house. The house is located in a mature neighborhood. You will love the convenient location. There are grocery stores within 1/4 mile, with plenty of restaurants close by. This quiet neighborhood has original owners which lend to its safety. We offer 2 parking spaces in the driveway, and street parking is free. Enter through the front door which has a keypad lock and your own personal code, for your continued privacy and safety. Note: We are landscaping the front yard, and it has gravel with dirt covering it at the moment. We are putting in artificial turf. You will not be disturbed during your stay.
There is parking for two cars in the driveway, and free street parking for more cars. We offer self check-in at the front door which also has a keypad lock for your safety. You will have access to the house and backyard which includes everything you see in every picture exclusive to guests only. Full use of the backyard pool and jacuzzi is included. The main living room and all bedrooms have smart TVs, so just log into your favorite apps, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and you’re good to go. There is a large patio in the backyard that includes a large heated pool, Jacuzzi, comfortable seating for 6. The interior of the space is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. All the beds are handcrafted and and superbly comfortable. There are two kings in two bedrooms and the other bedroom has a queen size bed.
We want you to enjoy your stay, however we ask that you have quiet time from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am to be considerate and conscientious of our neighbors. We do not allow parties at this property. However, if you're planning a small gathering for more than Six (6) registered guests for your booking, please ask in advance to get host's approval. Total guests must be less than 14 people during the day, no more than (6) overnight guests total. If more than the allotted number of guests are on the property without first obtaining host's approval, guests will be charged $500. No refunds will be given. For any unsanctioned gathering or party, guests will not be allowed further use of the property, be asked to leave, and also be charged $500. There are no dogs allowed at this property at this time. There is a $500 fine and you will be asked to leave, no refunds. There is a separate unit to the right of the property that may be occupied by the owner or his guests at times. It is completely private. There is a separate private entrance and NO shared spaces. If guests tamper with equipment, I.e., wi-fi, Feit or Ring camera, guests will be charged $500, trip cancelled and will have to leave property, no refunds. If house is left extremely dirty, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $200 charged. There is no smoking permitted inside the house. You may smoke outside. If this rule is broken, we will charge $200 to remove the odor. Cats are not allowed at this property. There is a $200 fine if this rule is broken. Use of the pool and Jacuzzi is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible nor liable for anything that may happen to a guest, children of guests, nor friends of guests regarding anything that may happen in the pool or jacuzzi, and are not liable in any regards to use of the pool, Jacuzzi or the property. You enter at your own risk. No refunds. There is a Feit camera with motion-activated lights located at the front door of the property that actively records sound and video 24/7. This Feit camera overlooks the front yard and entrance and sees anyone entering and leaving the property. There is also a Ring motion-activated camera mounted on the right side of the house, on the fence, that views the front yard and driveway. This Motion Sensor Camera actively records video and sound 24/7. Pool and Jacuzzi is not heated. There will be no pool or jacuzzi heating unless you contact us before arrival and payment is completed for additional daily fees to heat pool and/or jacuzzi. Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance, request for repair service, or otherwise. Host will not compensate or refund for any issues not reported within 3 hours. Guest must also allow host and/or repairman/technician access to the property to remedy the issue after host has been notified. If guest stays after issue is remedied or addressed, there will be no further remuneration or refund. If guest is unresponsive, host will assume issue is remedied, and there will be no further action required. There may be bugs, crickets from time to time, we have a Pest Control service on call to take care of this issue. Once a House call from Pest Control has taken place and you continue to stay, there will be no refunds. The guests have use of the house and large backyard as described in all pictures, not use of the entire property. There are no shared spaces. Trash pickup is on Tuesdays. There is pool servicing every Thursday by Kevin. Not responsible for Power Outages, that is out of our control, that occurs sometimes. We will not refund for outages or service interruptions. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left at the property. There is a charge of $50 per person per night over (6) if spending the night. We will only allow 8 total. Once your booking has ended, you are required to give up the property and vacate per check-out time. Please remember to log out of your TV App accounts such as Netflix, Disney, Showtime, etc. as we are not responsible for any account activity if you have not logged off when you leave. Place garbage bags in trash bins at the curb upon leaving. Please put dishes in dishwasher and turn on before leaving. The cleaning crew will make sure every rule is followed when they clean after your departure. Please turn off all lights. Close and lock all doors and windows. Turn off Air Conditioner. Turn off heater and turn to Fan Auto. Press the lock button on door to lock Also, we encourage guests to purchase CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) cancellation insurance to protect your trip as we will adhere to our cancellation policy.
